My friend Niko asked me to make a birthday card for his mom. What I knew from the recipient style, I decided to go with the 1920′s theme! I jumped on the chance as it was perfect excuse to get me some Graphic 45′s paper. As for the techniques… I didn’t do any stamping, just used some Distress Ink on some of the layers. The sentiment is printed on heavy Canson watercolour paper. I wish I could share the font name but I can’t remember what it was. I didn’t save the original document either so I can’t check it from there. Anyhoo, Niko’s mom liked the card and even his father commented how nice it was, so I’m considering this card a raving success.
