Yesterday, on my way to the gym, I dropped in at Amalia to get some Tacky Glue. To my disappointment, it was sold out at the wholeseller but they had found one to replace Aleene’s. The wholeseller had said that it’s the same but I found it took longer to set. Still faster than regular paper glue but not as fast as Aleene’s Tacky Glue. The replacement is in bigger bottle and cheaper and it’s ok for now but I rather spent the extra couple of euro’s for better quality.
Another new find was a Polish scrapbook manufacturer I Lowe Scrap. Mira had only two sheets left and I bought them both! When I was a kid, lot of kids’ shows on TV were from Eastern Block and the graphics on these new papers remind me of them. Apparently they were a huge hit at a recent craft fair here in Finland, so I’m not the only nostalgic one. Mira said she’s going to place a new order and I’m hoping that she will get the Vivid- collection. It screams summer! I’m also fond of the neutral vibe they give as they can be used both girl and boy crafting.
See this fabulousness? I have two so I can use one and keep the other one till the day I die and have myself buried with it.
Over and out.
